| Robert Fleming Prof of Mgmt, Rowan University Battalion Chief, Goshen Fire Company  Robert Fleming, Ed.D., CFPS, CFO, is a highly respected researcher, author, instructor, conference speaker and consultant within fire and emergency services. He had been actively involved in fire and emergency services administration for more than 39 years and has served in numerous operational and administrative positions, including that of fire chief. Dr. Fleming has a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, five masters' degrees including a Master of Government, and is a graduate of the National Fire Academy's Executive Fire Officer Program. His professional activities have included serving on the National Fire Academy (NFA) Board of Visitors for 13 years, including six years as Vice Chairman and six years as Chairman. His new book, Effective Fire and Emergency Services Administration, was published by Fire Engineering/PennWell Publishing in March 2010.
